Design & Services
Like in the past the German Pavilion will be a bespoke stand, designed and implemented by our long term construction partner Latitudo, German branded and offering a common area.
The Private Lounge, to be used by all exhibitors and their guests, will measure approximately 15 to 20% of the sum of the individual stands, will be centrally located with easy access from most of the individual stands and fitted with seating arrangements, a bar counter and a pantry.
Our staff on site during the show will support exhibitors throughout the day.
Lounge amenities will include coffee, soft drinks, snacks and a light lunch every day (lunch for Pavilion Exhibitor’s staff only).
A selection of prime quality furniture to finish your stand including electronic available on order.
Each individual stand will be fitted with:
- Name board with exhibitor name in standard lettering;
- Electric including lights related to the area contracted and a single plug socket 220 V;
- Waste basket.

Price
We have made all efforts to maintain the same cost level of the preceding event, incorporating in the new price scheme the increase of the sqm price for the area applied by organizers.
The two level price scheme, up to and from 8 sqm, has been developed as in the past.
The cost per sqm for the first 8 sqm, is developed to cover the cost of the Private Lounge stand area and of the main services provided (utilities and amenities). This higher price, although it shows an higher cost, provide a saving for single exhibitors resulting from the need to reduce their individual stands dimensions, and from avoiding ordering ancillary services.
